| Review by Thomas Hyde, D.C., DACBSP Course Segment 1 - Posture Analysis Specialist. I thought this was very nicely done. You begin with correct posture positions, which is a must, then how to inflate the ball, seems simple but so many people have no clue how to even do this. The guidelines section is also helpful and gives the user the opportunity to learn from the beginning, how things are done correctly, rather than developing bad habits from things they have seen or heard from others. Even some of our docs have no clue where to begin. Additional postural tips are included and these offer excellent information to share with patients. Exercise Protocol Specialist Course |
